Track Conversion With Pre-Lander

Hi All,

I want to know if there is a way to track conversions which are going on landing page of the affiliate website right back on Facebook.
I am using a bridge page on which I have set button click as an event which is being tracked on Facebook.
But is a there a way to set lead from submission on client page as a conversion on FB.
