Traffic sources that allow Crypto deposit and has Auto Optimization feature

Hello,

I am looking for ad networks like AdCash that accepts btc, eth, ltc etc as deposit methods and it also has CPA optimization but I never got it to work for some reason.

So looking for similar ad networks where after getting some conversions the campaign will auto optimize itself, just like FB has the option.

I believe PropellerAds has CPA optimization feature and their traffic type is very similar to AdCash.
Not sure about the crypto deposits though, you better contact them for this.
