Treating your TITLE as headline copy?

Does anyone treat their google title as if its headline copy - I.E making sure its really clickable and attractive?

Normally I make it the question the user is likely to be typing. Most people come to a search engine with a problem or a question they need answered. So reflect the question in the title, and a credible summary of the answer in the meta description. The meta description - although it will often be selected by Google from the general text on the page - should sell the click, in case it is used. The chances of it being used as higher if the words in it also coincide with some of the words in the title. In other words the two should be closely related, and complementary.

If I am not doing that - then yes - I try to make it like headline copy.
