Unread or Todays Posts

I was just wondering whether people use Unread Posts (at the top right) or 'Todays Posts' under Quick links? Or are you old fashioned and go through all the forums!? (tiring!)

I think after I installed this mod (unread posts) there has been much more page views than before. Also it's a good indicator of the forum activity...
