Voluum and SmashRevenue-Conversions Not Showing In Voluum

Hi friends,
I am having problem with conversions.I have setup everything in Voluum and Smash Revenue.
I can't see any conversions in Voluum but I can see conversions in Smash Revenue.
Please someone help me.

My offer URL format: http://t.trksmh.com/aff_c?offer_id=xxxx&aff_id=xxxx&source=eanv#1&aff_sub=1&aff_sub2={clickid}&payout={payout}&txid={transaction_id}

I went into Smash Revenue reports and checked for 'subid1' and 'subid2' values,I can't see any values there.

Correct my links if I am doing anything wrong.

This may seem demeaning or something like a noobie would do.

But are you using the tracking link that voluum gave you?

Would explain why its not passing the values through to the offer url.

I mean the link you generate when you make a campaign in voluum.

Yea,I am using the campaign link given by Voluum.After creating campaign,I got the campaign link.
I am getting clicks and all info in Voluum but I can't see any conversions in Voluum.I can see conversions in Smash Revenue.

And you said in the s2 slot you cannot see the sub ids that voluum generated?

Try passing the click through s1 as a test. Nothing permanent just to see if that is the problem.

1. If the data is in the reports of the s2 *Check the click data too not just the conversions.

2. If the data is in the reports for s1 after you switch it and the postback. Then its something to do with the data going into the s3,s2.

PS: Hit up your AM too he probably knows the tracking system on both sides.

I replaced aff_sub2 to aff_sub3.Let's see what happens?

I solved it myself.
The problem is that I passed letters and numbers to aff_sub i.e aff_sub=test123.
After removing 123 and tried again,it worked.
