Missing DigitalOcean (used by me now) and Vultr (heard only good things of them, will try them out soon).

I suppose Godaddy should get .. honorable mention, though I hope not many are using them anymore. Out of shared hosting accounts, I have been really happy with SiteGround.

I am a big fan of Hostgator, for domains I always go for bigrock and hostgator for hosting.

I used HG, GDD, BlueHost in the past but now I go with dollar2host. It's just $2 per month and I can host unlimited websites. It's very fast and reliable. I really love it.
