I would recommend Adsbridge to anyone looking for a free SaaS tracker. No need to host it, it's free now and has a wide range of killing features. Have a look at the User Giude here and make your mind!

Paying for a restricted tracker is not an option. I switched to AdsBridge ( free beta) after voluum became paid. It has no traffic limitations and you can export all your click data including IPs.

Guess am not left out of the fun yet . My best tracker is already included CPVLAB. I have tried prosper,voluum,beevomedia but I justlove cpvlab for its simplicity and flexibility. I also enjoyed hosting it on my server, i see my domain when I want to login, it makes me feel like own this damn tool lol........................ But others are definitely especially Voluum but its now paid
