Just a matter of the factors of having it on a good niche that pays well, knowing the ins-and-outs of placement, colors, styles, etc and the psychology behind your visitors and their habits. Then there is the all-important traffic!

It takes some work, but after you narrow down the best methods, it's just a matter of rinse and repeat.
