I have a website their onpage & off page is strong. but google rank is not good. please tell me any solution.

There could be many reasons your site is not ranking in Google,
this may be as mentioned above the focus has been quantity rather than quality.

Even although you "feel" the site has good on and off page SEO, Google or other Search Engines may not feel the same way!

The site may have been effected in a Google update due to poor, spammy back links, or thin / duplicate content (to name just a couple!)
