The only way I can think of, is you promote offers that allow social media, or links in content on your site/blog. Check the offer's terms to find out what methods are allowed first.
It's a slower way to earn, though.
There are a number of networks that are willing to let newbies in, I've seen them here in the forums. But we have so many networks and programs, I don't remember the names. Check the Resources section, or create a thread in the Business Centre with a Network Wanted prefix. Explain what you're looking for and hopefully, network reps will spot your post and respond.
