What are the most important features from email marketing software you look for?

not 'it will take 30 days'
or 'manage your subscriptions'
or the hellish 'login to manage your preferences'
it should be ONE click to unsubsctibe or at worst click unsubscribe and then click a confirm button

YES!

I've had a couple of lists I had to unsubscribe repeatedly because the emails just kept on coming, anyway. Even if I did jump through the managing preferences or subscriptions hoops. Drove me crazy!

lol couldn't agree more - I hate those '30 days unsub' nonsense. Nha, these days if you don't add a 1-click unsub header your email wouldn't even get delivered so we have that.
