Pie (with whipped cream!) is one of my favourite things but I almost never have it anymore, it doesn't suit an anti-inflammatory diet.Eating in moderation and not over indulging is the first step. I eat fruit for breakfast, salads for lunch, and a nice meal for supper. This has contributed to my losing 60 pounds in recent years. I even have ice cream with pie a few nights a week.
I'll bet those nice supper meals are scrumptious.
