I also like English breakfast with eggs, beans, bacon, sausages… However, I sometimes struggle to invent what to prepare for breakfast. That's why I like to pip the recipes somewhere on a health blog, for example, to get the idea for my breakfast.

Before i was diagnosed with the type 2 diabetes i always had something sweet but unfortunately i can't do that anymore.
The sugar level in my blood can't go up too much otherwise i need to take meds.
Eating breakfast it's a challenge for me because I don't really have time for one but when I have, a banana and some tea should be enough but if I have time to cook some cereals with milk and bananas and some coffee will be great for me
