Can you adivse from where i can learn how to buy alt coins from bittrex. I have bought BTC on exchange app but I don't know how to send BTC to bittrex and how can I use BTC to buy other alt coins.

First register and get approved on bittrex. It is time taking process, they may ask documentation to verify your identity which take 5-7 working days (or may be more). Once approved, you can login to bittrex. Move to Wallets section and select BTC wallet, generate an address. Now you can send your bought BTC to this address, once the bitcoin start showing here, you can use this BTC to buy ALT Coins
