What is No Follow. No Follow links are useful or not your website

Off course nofollow links are very useful for your site because it does not give any link juice to your site but it gives quality traffic to your site.
they are useful for quality traffic but not for back links....back links aka link juice is typically generated from dofollow links
no follow link like a die link where don't have any external website link
no follow link may give good traffic to your site , which is the need of every site.
no follow is useful for getting the genuine traffic, but try to prefer do follow first.

nofollow is a baklink type that not pass any link juices or authority to your site - In other words it's not help in ranking a site on search engines(But That's don't mean it's harmful)
dofollow also a backlink type and it's pass link juices N authority and its damn helpful for ranking a site on search engines.
