...and to add to the above, bancu1, I'd first ask what kind of 'affiliate' you are looking to manage. If you're likely to be using entirely campaign-based offers then use of the lead-generation platforms the other posters have mentioned. If however you are looking for longer term relationships with content based affiliates in your niche, then I'd suggest to check where your immediate competition are running their programme and investigate using the same network. For instance, if you were in fashion, I'd probably suggest Rakuten/Linkshare - if the sector is WebHosting, I'd suggest CJ Affiliate as being your strongest option.

Do your due diligence on your sector and competitors first before taking the plunge!!

There are many good tracking platforms out there! Most are already named in previous replies. The best way to choose your platform is by checking your needs. All tracking platforms has different USP's, so you should first check what your needs are. It's worth it to investigate this carefully because besides there could be a difference in costs, more important you will want to change your tracking platform that fast, cause if you do, you will lose your history.
