Hello, when we click on an empty space on the website, a window opens. What is the name of this ad format? How do I do this?

this is of course a popunder or pop up traffic. but also, if the size of the new page is smaller than the actual page, then it might be an interstitial.
'Graybeard' mentioned that Trafficshop ad netowork has it - and he is right, we do!
