What Keyword Tools have the "All in title" Search Option

Does anyone know of any free KW tools that let you see Google allintitle: volume for a KW list.

What about paid tools?

I think Keyword Elite does, anyone know for sure?

I just don't even care about competing page research with phrases or phrases in quotes. I only care about allintitle:"phrase in quotes" results and get tired of checking G for allintitle all the time.

PLUS more importantly, I'd love to type a root KW and see the # of allintitle competing pages for related each phrase.
