Before sending your article to them, make sure about getting dofollow link. Why would people spend their time writing an article and publish it on other people's website for no value...

I have a list of the Top 1 million domains and their links counted by Majestic --mj12bot loaded into a data base.
It's all over the place but I suspect quality matters a lot
