I use tool that can randomly select or follow any twitter accounts from "specific country or language" and automatically send them message (really it's comment with name) to them. It works - to a certain point. It gives some traffic and indexation of pages.

I'm really interested to hear: What Social Media tools are you using?
I'm currently using Buffer which is great (free version, thinking about switching on premium) and JustRetweet (if it can be considered as a tool)
