What type of ad generates the most leads for your business? How do you target the audience, what is your product or service, and what is the industry?

If you're looking to generate leads, then you need to start using ads! Popunder ads, in particular, have been shown to have high conversion rates and can generate significant leads. However, it's important to test different ad formats and continually optimize campaigns to achieve the best results.

"There is no one answer to this question as it depends on the product or service being offered, the target audience, and the industry. However, some general tips that can be followed to generate the most leads for a business include creating a targeted ad campaign that speaks to the specific needs of the target audience, using industry-specific keywords and phrasing, and making sure the ad is placed in front of the target audience through effective use of market research."

You first: Where (or what) are you advertising and what type of leads are being captured at and acceptable cost? Or, how much can you afford to spend?

No one will answer this question outside of general BS. PPC (Text format), Social Media Organic or CPC (Native format) etc. Some low return pay-out leads can be generated from low cost networks like Push, Pop.

PPC costs the most but it is directive advertising so it is probably better however the cost of the lead acquisition may exceed the pay-out if you are an affiliate.

If you are the actual seller of the goods there is the lifetime pay-back to consider.
This is the difference of ROI, ROAS or ROMI.
So, it really will depend on who you are and how you are counting.

Don't just rely on organic traffic - invest in taboola! We've seen a huge jump in lead generation since we started using it.

To answer this question, just read some success stories on this forum and read some online free courses on affiliate marketing. There are lots of training materials and evergreen verticals you can promote as a beginner starting out. We can’t do your homework for you, there’s no universal recipe.
Good luck!

Hello SmithMe, MymoME,

with all due respect, I have known pop-under ads to be the cheapest and worst-converting type of advertisement. Associated with sketchy sites, sketchy ads, generating a million clicks without raising any awareness or interest. I would be curious, in what vertical and conversion flow did you successfully employ pop-under ads?

Our company works with video games, SOI, DOI and download+enter flows in every geo. We get the best conversion rates from banner and native ads, closely followed by social and search. Pop-up can be made to work, but only with a pre-lander to catch the unnecessary masses of "clicks".

Years ago we generated millions over years while running adult webcam sites (not affiliate). We owned the webcam sites. 200M pops a day from other adult clip and tube domains ... Every day. Spending $3 CPM was nothing --the average customer was $500 LTV Profit to us.
So, if 1 in 50,000 bought it was worth it. Big numbers game.

But that was then and not today

The only use that is in the realm of possibility for pops is to assess user affinity towards a marketing campaign. If 4% don't bounce in the first 5 seconds it may be worth buying native CPC or PPC.

Maybe pops may work with some free/freemium offers?
