Personally I like Adobe Premier Pro.
It's about $20/month for just Premiere Pro or around $50 if you want the entire Abode suite (which also includes Photoshop for images, After Affects for YouTube intros and a bunch of other stuff too). I'm pretty sure they also offer a free 30 day trial.
I've got the full suite and it's awesome for making YT videos once you get the hang of it.

I like to use vegas pro, only because this program can be purchased immediately without the need to renew my subscription every month.

Check out Filmora, and Active Presenter. They both you can start for free. However, I couldn't figure out how to do motion tracking in active presenter, but overall, it's a very good choice.

Yes, motion tracking in Filmora is very simple. I always have fun creating gifs with it. Watch this simple video to show you how easy it is
I am using the internal editor. He's not bad enough.
