What's your greatest obstacle with affiliate marketing?

My biggest challenge is getting good publishers or affiliates with quality traffic to run offers. some that claim to have take offers at leisure and it usually feels like you are not doing enough or not been competent. sometimes it is frustrating.

For me its the traffic .As i work mainly with free traffic i find very hard to scale
I have days where i work very hard and the traffic its very very low
