I would worry about the ones using VPN's and Proxies in the USA and in the EUThey are mostly from Singapore, Albania, Algeria, India and Bangladesh.

Those with USA proxies are now not an issue. They were 2016-2018 but haven't seem them recently. I think Jakarta is the biggest center for VPNs soo this is another huge threat...I would worry about the ones using VPN's and Proxies in the USA and in the EU
@T J Tutor, seems like you got some cleaning ahead...
What about a blacklist of commonly used spammer urls or a list of common phrases to check against that are usually found in their spammy post text before a post is published? If a phrase or url is found the post must be modified or sent for approval? It's probably a good idea to at least slow down the rate at which a new user can post...
Possibly limit the very first post to "introductions" and use admin moderation to post it...
For an example I see someone has just registered, his introduction post does not introduce him but some numbered list of "ideas"... And already 19 posts in a very short time...
Nothing against anybody being active but this looks like spamming to me... (but what do I know?)

The problem with that is the words used probably overlap with many legit posts that are promotional in nature --like posts of the approved vendors and OFFICIAL threads. If a phrase or url is found the post must be modified or sent for approval?
That could turn a nice profit in many ways lol.How about a mirror forum called spammerfix.com
Send all the spammers to the mirror forum
Let them spam eachother !!
whois spambotsrus.com |grep -i creatThat is such a cool idea!
I was thinking of a perpetual spam hell-hole. One good spam deserves a spammy answer.
Well could sell pay-per-views
I hate on those robo-callseah, you could bug them about their expiring vehicle warranty everytime they click something!!
