i think depends on the site , like what will fit your site better , anyways you need test both and see the result.

Hard to say for sure. Depends of specific offer you have choose for promotion. According to my experience Datings and Sweepstakes are better works with Push. While mobile subscriptions has a great CR on Pop-up.

Hi, it really depends on the vertical. As Maverick12 already said, push notifications are mostly used with Dating and Sweepstakes. Pop under can be used for example for the financial or betting offers.
