Not even close to being the top niches. These will be maybe 9 & 10 in the top ten, but maybe not even that successful as niches.

You can write more than one niche, just make some assumptions:

I would same the tendencies will be pretty much the same as this year, like always gaming, gambling verticals will be highly successful, but also financial offers, dating niche, beauty products, and so on. Maybe something new will come up too, but this is something that is usually successful all the time.

Well the same ones as usual but doing to so many problems in th world ,work from home niche grows a lot in popularity as now people are so afraid for losing their jobs etc

Well the most profitable are the same like wealth ,health ,relationship etc .But my advice its to choose the one who you like or you have knowledge etc even if its not the best niche .Because if you want to be succesful you need to post content ,ask questions ,help people etc .You may choose the best niche like diabetes for example but if you dont know nothing it will be hard for you to continue to work

Accreditation -- a university degree has some defined value. Some online courses have some accreditation now.
