Who does propellerads Direct linking campagin

just like the title says "Who does propellerads smartcpa camapgins"?
I would like to hear your experience with it.
I was hoping to try out the cpa campagins

PropellerAds is a good ad network - well known and tested, probably, million times. You have other similar networks, such as Zeropark, PopAds, PopCash, Clickadu, but in all of them you need to know how to optimize your traffic. Just for you to know - if the campaign is not profitable, you shall optimize better, the fault is not in traffic source.

So definitely you can try Propeller, I just wouldn't really advice you to run direct linking, since it's getting less and less efficient. Landing pages are a must.
