We had some publishers buying on LeadImpact for some SOI/DOI game campaigns and got very bad feedback on the quality, which doesn't happen very often to us. Had to shut down pubs on the campaign as a result
Yes using them - you need to keep yours eyes open about what category you select and how you design your campaign. With the same offer I was moved from $0.015 per impression to $0.025 by the administrators but returned to the lower figure by just changing my words and setting it up again! It's a bit artificial - surely it has to do with who is bidding for the word/URL not what category it is in!!!! AND the percentage change and hence campaign profitability can be profoundly affected by being moved from $0.015 to $0.025
