I have been asking for my payment from 17th July till today , This guy Rio never told me anything about me having low retention rate until 8th Sept ....I am posting some main points from our conversation through skype below :

Please see the dates everyone ! ..He never mentioned anything about having low retention rates..He kept on changing the dates and atlast on 14th of August , he claimed my traffic as fake ...If I was having low retention rate , why couldn't he let me know it in the first place??..Why he took so much time ??..Usually networks alert their pubs if they didn't reach minimum req retention rate but here this guy kept me waiting so that I will earn more for them during this time..$8000 that I made was the earnings of two weeks together..Been working with networks such as mobusi , mobvista etc and they never had any problems with my traffic..
I am not trying get my money back through this post , instead of that I'm now trying to show their fraudalent face to other affiliates out there so that they won't get scammed by this company !..For getting my money back ,I'm currently going legally and will update that here as well..
I wonder why you still can't post the screenshot of conversation between you and your advertiser??..You could have posted it here instead of writing such a paragraph..It doesn't take more than 5 mins or i will make it more easier for you ..Use this software : Download Greenshot and translations ..It will take screenshot and will give you link after uploading in not more than a minute...Now, he can't do this because such a conversation never happened..This guy and his company is trying to steal our money or why he is backing off from sending it even after asking him so many times??..

I was running an offer while ago on Matomy and MundoMedia. On MundoMedia I got all payed out when on Matomy they cuted 3/4 of my leads. I was splitting offer 50/50 with a partner and he got cuted to. The funny thing was it was same exact reason for both ... eg. using dummy emails which examples and export was exactly the same for me and my partner.
I didn't want to escalate that, I only have told Matomy but they were ignorant to the issue where MundoMedia payed me off since they know that responsibility if the advertiser is stupid is on their side. What I want to to point out is the correlation between Advertiser - CPA network - affiliate.
However lately when im not pushing high numbers to CPAs im finding out that there is no single CPA network which would care to help newcomers a little bit more. Sending weekly newsletters is not the thing if you ask me.
And my experience with yeahmobi is far from being good. All tho. I havent made a single conversion with them, my campaigns approval rarely happen, and AM goes in the middle of the conversation and never responds again however they changed my AM.

Rather than posting your conversations here again and again, take some legal actions against them if you're really getting scammed.
You said you talked to a lawyer. Any update on that? You took any action against them ? or you just want to post those conversations? Because that's never going to help you. We aren't judging here, We're not here to provide you justice.
So, Please don't waste your time posting same thing again & again here.
$8,000 is a huge amount, If a company scams me for this huge amount then i'm not going to start a thread on a site and start posting conversations or proofs that they're not paying me. Rather than doing this open a thread crap, I'll like to take legal action against the company to take my money back!! After that i'll consider to post what was my experience with that scammer company!!
You said "The traffic was not fake" then take legal action. What are you waiting for?
And If this is your great lie and you sent Fake traffic to them then they'll simply sue you xD

I don't know why you have such anger with Yeahmobi, but from the comment can be seen, there are lots affiliate who worked with yeahmobi are getting full payment on time.
You better check with your traffics quality , the most significant thing for yeahmobi is the traffics quality ,that is why they are famous, if the traffics they found were fake or fraud then i personally don't think you can get your payment for ever, cause they really hate fake and fraud traffics .
Lastly, the way you talk with them i don t think is a really propriety.
I've been a lurker for a while but had to join and post this. I decide after all this talk about YM let's see what they have to offer. Something orignal or just the same offer I see on big networks. So I apply and answer all the questions in a detailed manner. Obviously by my answers this isn't my day in mobile marketing. And they want me to give them my screenshot of earnings. WTF?? who actually does that? I don't ask for your P&L so what quality of affilaite do you think you are going to get? I asked a few other aff making a decent sum each month and they just laughed at the thought. So send me that P&L and then we can talk about joining your network.

We always asking new affiliate to send their earning state to us just to make sure they are not new or fake affiliate.
This would be the basic proof that shows you have affiliate experience that you have been working with other network,
yeahmobi are really care about traffics quality and we would not work with any affiliate who is fake and fraud.
I am managing 200+ affiliates and 90% of my affiliate were doing really good traffics.Lots of conversation, @Rio Lu, have patienceand I hope you will care more to your Affliates.
I really don't have extra time to dealing with those fake and fraud affiliates .
YeahMobi only take quality affiliate and that is why we are famous.
