Today we're bringing you a quick hot tip for your Zeropark campaigns.

​

“In Zeropark, you can’t blacklist sources and targets before launching your campaign.” We hear that often but that is not a true statement.

★ If you have some notorious sources that never seem to work for a particular type of campaign, you never have to buy from them again! You can pause them before you begin buying traffic. Even when they don’t appear in the list of sources assigned to your campaign.

While the Zeropark platform doesn’t offer a dedicated campaign feature to import blacklists before you begin buying traffic, you’re able to import your blacklists by simply copy-pasting them into the “Exact bulk search”.

☞ In short, you can blacklist sources/targets before launching your campaign in 5 simple steps:

1. You need to have a list of sources that you don’t want to buy from.
2. You need to start a new RON campaign and fill in all the information.
3. Remember to set the campaign to ‘paused’ after approval.
4. Click on the search button, enter your blacklist and click ‘Search’.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
5. Set the sources/targets to paused. That’s it! ✔︎

Blacklist unwanted sources/targets and never spend another cent on mismatched traffic!​

Hey guys,

We've just released two small improvements in reporting.

1) From now on, you can get insights into city and region targeting for your push campaigns. Previously, only tabs for creatives, sources, and targets were available. Please keep in mind that this feature has only just been released so the insights are only available for campaigns that were launched after 2021-11-05.

2) We've added the ability to select a range of click boxes by holding down the SHIFT key. If u want to select or deselect multiple items to perform a bulk action, select the first checkbox then hold SHIFT and click on the last checkbox from the range you want to select.

We all know the importance of online security. Still, everyone can name a few typically terrible passwords we keep on using, right? There’s always more we could be doing to keep our accounts safe.

Luckily, there’s a fast and easy way to add an extra protection layer to your Zeropark account with our two-factor authentication feature!

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) or a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a method of signing in to the Zeropark platform that requires both your password and a second authentication code while signing in. For Zeropark, the additional authentication code will be generated by a Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) mobile app.

Here’s what you need to do to step up your account protection game.

1. Go to My Account settings and click on the Security tab.
2. Turn on the Two-Factor Authentication.
3. Download the Google Authenticator or Duo Mobile (or Authenticator if using Windows Phone).
4. Scan the barcode on the pop-up page using the application and input the six-digit code from the application into the field under the QR code.
5. Click the Continue button and enjoy the safety of a new protection layer added to your account.

We know how tedious it can get to manage hundreds of campaigns at the same time. That’s why we’ve recently made two time-saving updates to the Zeropark platform.

Use as a template​

Running many similar campaigns? Now you can save a campaign as a template and create many new ones without the need to fill the campaign creation form over and over again.

See a step-by-step guide on how to create campaign templates.

Copy campaign​

Copying campaigns in Zeropark has never been easier. If you’d like to make a copy of your campaign, you need to click Copy campaign in the campaign settings menu. A pop-up will appear where you can adjust what targeting option you’d like to copy.

Hey guys!

The Zeropark team has been hard at work over the last couple of months making little improvements here and there. We’ve reworked the documentation, made some visual UX improvements, and finished the refreshed look of the platform.

Here are some more details on the changes.

Dashboard 2.0 has been completed!​

As you’ve probably noticed, during the course of the last two years there have been many changes to the Zeropark dashboard…

These changes improved more than Zeropark’s looks and feels.

On one hand, Zeropark has grown a lot as a product, and so has the technology behind our platform. On the other hand, the way our clients interact with provided solutions has also changed, and at the same time, the UX field has evolved tremendously.

To reflect on all these changes, we just completed a whole new look and feel. Log in and check out the brand new experience!

Fresh dashboard header​

The goal was to adjust the dashboard header to match the newly updated Zeropark panel while keeping all its options handy. This may not seem like a big change, but we hope it’s one that will make your life much easier & make navigating through the Zeropark panel much faster.

Updated documentation​

We’ve recently refreshed our Zeropark Documentation!

Both content updates and user-experience improvements were needed to reflect the way the Zeropark panel currently operates while enhancing the Zeropark knowledge base navigation in the process.

So, regardless if you’ve been with us for years now or you have just joined the Zeropark community, we’d like to invite you to review the revamped version of the Zeropark documentation.
