I'll just post my own experience with them, I bought an SMTP PowerMTA, with a domain name and ssl certificate, they were very friendly and very reactive before I confirm the sell.

Whe I received the credientials of my server (the email containing the credentials found it in spam folder), I start testing the SMTP, just send test email from interspire they're providing, gmail test found it in spam, outlook and hotmail not delivered at all, another test to my own postfix not delievred and rejected because of listed IPs (all 6 IP were listed) https://www.spamhaus.org/sbl/query/SBL399514.

When asked for explaination and provide other clean IPs, for almost one month, I'm receiving the same scripts "For bulk mailing its very common issue,so you can ignore thing thing"!!!

I said let's test the app interspire they provided, the MTA expected to send 50k per day, I uploaded just 2000 email, and created a campaign, the campaign stil in the queue and not sent till the moment from more than 2 weeks.

I asked another time for explanation and help, they reply after 2 or 3 days to say the same thing, I asked for refund or resolve the issue and they are saying the same thing: no issue with the SMTP, listed is commun issue, just ignore it!!!

I advise do not trust them in the chat box, it's just scam, after you buy their service, you'll find listed IPs and no one to help you or resolve your issue.
