I can't answer your first question because it depends on MANY factors (no one can), I'm sorry. Mostly it has to do with you skill level in writing copy, finding good images, creating prelanders, etc. I don't know your skill level so it's impossible to answer.

1. Revenue/Your Pre-lander Clicks?

EPC is total clicks to prelander or direct link divided by total commission. So the clicks you paid for.

With pops you can direct link with native you should use an article style lander, but test direct link as well. Depends on the salespage of the offer. But native ads are usually shown on article pages so it's natural to use something similar for a prelander.

FB doesn't accept binary offers. Unless you're cloaking or burning rented accounts. Just start with native ads or pops. Remember that for pop traffic you need a decent tracker. For native you can use a cheaper tracker like click magick (they don't accept pop or redirect traffic because of the massive volume of clicks, each pop is counted as a click).

It depends on your traffic, angle AND the sales team of the broker, but I would say 10% is my minimum cr from signup to ftd.

Keep in mind that for certain angles brokers that offer a demo account (like IQ) convert worse.

Ask your AM what the reasons are why your sign-ups are not depositing. Your AM should get this feedback from the sale team. Adjust your sales copy and traffic to whatever reasons they give you. If they can't give you good feedback on this, consider switching broker.
