If you will work with small campaigns you won't need to go for the paid version
Also AdsBridge, starts with 89 dollars, and you have 14 days as trial.

I really recommend Bemob, I have many Affiliates under me using it and it's easy, stylish and simple to understand and quite similar to Voluum.

I'm going to use Propeller ads and other popups/redirect traffic sources.

Hello mate, i'll advice you to stay with Voluum, cause it's really effective as a tool, so for me, if you can gather the money, you should stay with them. If you are really about to check out another one, you could try to check Bemob, or Adsbridge, hope those one could provide you better terms.

sorry dude, but i can't recommend you any cloaker, cause i really don't use them, and also, i'll not hardly suggest you to work with that, cause many platforms will barn your account if you use this! Good luck buddy!

Concerning the cloaker, I'm afraid I'm not really into this theme, but I set up cloaking with AdsBridge if I need it. Hope this will be useful.
