Heeeeya! What is the best link building(backlinking) strategy for 2016? Google has updated since 2012. It's difficult to get decent rankings in 2016. Suggest some of the best ways? Thanks!

Even though there were many update from Google about ranking factors, there are no known methods which actually prove correctly about the backlinks.
It'll be different from sites to sites or topics to topics. Some niches work well with this kind of links but some work well with that links.
Yet, linking from authority sites are still the best. For example, if you could obtain link from actual Wikipedia or Huffington etc., they are the strong signal to improve your ranking.
Another example is using your own PBN. By doing correctly and your PBN sites metrics are strong, it brings so much juice to your money site.
Even social signal seems unknown, but if there are viral social signal to your site, it's also a good thing for ranking.
There are other platforms for diversification such as web2.0 or blog commenting etc.
