Do you outrank Amazon product pages? What about Etsy and image carousels?

Amazon SEO is easy to beat
  1. Because it has 1 landing page for different styles, and you can easily create 10 landing pages in 15 minutes
  2. Amazon doesn't have SEO team to improve category SEO, and if you focus on 1 category you can rank above
SEO advice most people dont know this
After 3 or 4 weeks if you link to a product/service page
Google will rank that page top above you
It's to remove the funnel (middle man --> you) and help user find it faster (less taps/clicks)
So change your link every 2 or 3 weeks
Many Amazon products have more than 1 landing page
Sellers create new pages for same product for more exposure
This helps you stay top

Etsy is not important to me
It doesn't sell brand products or services

Alright, yeah, I looked through the pages that were ranking first from Amazon, very thin on content.
About Etsy, previously you had an example with the blue sunglasses, do you then target for example "blue mirror gucci sunglasses" instead of "blue mirror sunglasses" so it ranks for both?

Yes exactly correct
Maybe put the brand 1st
Look on Google for live example

Gucci Blue Mirrored Sunglasses for Men
Gucci Blue Mirrored Sunglasses for Women
Gucci Blue Mirrored Sunglasses for Kids

Alright thanks, starting to clear up a lot of things.
pants.png

How hard is it to rank above this?

Almost impossible
Look for 4th level sub category
Pants (category)
--> Casual Pants (1st sub cat)
-----> Mens Casual Pants (2nd sub cat)
-------> Mens Winter Casual Pants (3rd sub cat)
---------> Mens Khaki Winter Casual Pants (4th sub cat)
No that was not meant for title
Alright, I was trying to find the right keywords, ones had the amazon and etsy results, others had the images, cleared up a bunch of things, thanks so much.

Amazon doesn't have to do SEO they just buy the keyword (if worthwhile)
Amazon is a branded name --they have customers that type-in.
Amazon does UX extensively (user experience) to improve the customer loyalty.
Amazon charges their associate sellers 10% and pays associate affiliates 3% (or more pro-rata) LOL
Bezos makes his money on both ends :D

That's a very smart answer

I stopped it midway:
The man learned from the experiences of others and decided it was a waste of time :p
He already knew what 30 others experienced and saw from the top --then made his own judgement call.

1. He started --> most people don't start
2. He did not get distracted --> most get distracted
3. He enjoyed the journey --> most people don't enjoy the journey
4. He reached his goal --> most people don't reach their goal

If all my ads stop working tonight I still enjoyed trying, and learning from you all on this forum

how do you automate those? I'm a little confused
same with this one
thanks!

Missed this @AmNovice
Google Analytics & Google Trends what I meant is set up daily email reports
In Google Analytics you setup 'Goals' you add thankyou.php (conformation page after sale) + value ($50)
Its easier to see what is worth your time & what not

Update
  1. On target for October
  2. Earning $65/day ave. (target $60/day)
  3. 1st 90 days earning its $2,900
  4. Traffic 100% Google organic (no PPC, social or links)
  5. Building out 2 new sites, both fashion
  6. Watched Neil Patel 'how to boost sales' video (new yesterday)
  7. Used Wayback Machine to see what Black Friday 2019 looked like
  8. Started to learn free Google Webmaster course
  9. Good ecommerce ideas post on Google blog
  10. Subscribed to Google Assistant blog (for voice search traffic)
Amazon has update its affiliate terms
I have new strategy to find niches
Look for 4th Sub Category
Fashion (root cat.)
--> Mens fashion (1st sub-cat.)
----> Mens winter fashion (2nd sub-cat.)
------> Mens winter jackets (3rd sub-cat.)
--------> Mens winter camping jackets (4th sub-cat.)
High volume
Low competition
Many products
(even 5th or 6th sub-cat.)

With regard to a sandbox:
I understand it as a segregation of unknown or possibly dangerous code or unpredictable code --also a clearing-house for user submitted data in FinTech (finance).
In a SEO algorithm this *could* be segregation of new and never seen before content.

The Google SEO sandbox is hypothetical and has never been proven.
If you cannot prove it exists you cannot devise a mitigation or remedy --so what is the point?
