it is not going to convert you will just loose money .
i do suggest you use an aggressive landing page
like the one you showed above but don't try only that one try to use other antivirus landing pages
check out purelander there is lots of them there
also VPS is important especially with PPV because you need to redirect the visitor faster and show the landing page before he closes the browser pop up .

Yeah, a week ago I wouldn't either..but once you're there, you just want more, $200 seems petty..
But then you start multiplying that $200 with 30, and then with 12... and then you're in dreamland..
