german affiliates and impressum

I have done some PPC stuff in germany in the past but have just set up my first full german site

I am wondering what are my liabilities as an affiliate with regards the impressum and other
Datenschutz

I know about google analytics and adsense but was wondering if there is any particular statement I need to make about been an affiliate.
I am not aggressively marketing offers they are just banner adds on the site linking to a lead offer and maybe later click bank offers.

I know that if I run an amazon program there is some text I need to include but I cant find anything about general affiliate marketing. I have a Haftung für Inhalte and Haftung für Inhalte
on the site just wondering if I need anything else and if so could you point me the a sample

I have some of it on my site already
I dont have any social accounts with the site or an Adthis style plugin
but may had one soon.

Do I need a certain declaration for click bank adverts banner adverts or anything else like that
I also have a hero header with an offer and a click here for more info button

If they do and fill out the offer I get paid do I need to declare that somewhere
I have checked a few sites out and cant find any obvious mention in their impressums
