How can I get in direct touch with big gambling sites affiliate managers?

Hey guys, I'm building a couple of casino affiliate sites.

I have some great traffic, but I'm just not getting the links I want. When I go to sign up on somebody like Bet365's affiliate program, I never get a response back.

I must have signed up with something like 80 casinos and gotten accounts from only 10 of them. Those who do accept me are usually pretty bad brands.

The times I've gotten ahold of a great brand, I've usually had the contact information of an affiliate manager. I believe this is the best way to get ahold of affiliate accounts.

However, I don't always have that option. I'm wondering if anybody knows some surefire way of getting ahold of these people?

I have some fantastic traffic and I really doubt that these guys don't want it.

I'm specifically looking for casinos that accept LATAM traffic.

Some brands I want: Casino777, Sportium, LeoVegas, Casumo, Luckia Casino, Codere, Bet365, WilliamHill

Any help is appreciated. If you know a better place to ask this question please let me know.

William Hill used to be a vendor here years ago but not anymore. Did you sign up via the affiliate section of their website? Are you in one of the excluded territories? If so, that may be why you haven't heard back from that one.

Did you supply Bet365 partner program with the documentation or other information that supports your application and shows your marketing skills? I ask because it's requested on their application page.

Other possibilities: Their response is in your junk mail; They called, you didn't answer; You could've called them but didn't; They simply ignored your application because it didn't fit their criteria. Who knows?

Have you tried looking in the Resources section for networks that carry the types of offers you're looking for?

Also, don't forget that you can create a thread in the Business Centre, add a Network Wanted or Offer Wanted label and layout exactly what you're looking for. That way, any of our resource vendors that have what you want can let you know. This forum is full of affiliate managers! ;)

hi there!
according to my knowledge there are many gambling brands have official affiliated programs.like Bet365,888 Affiliates.

Hey @Slab_City , getting direct contact with affiliate managers is the way to go, especially with top brands that don’t just accept anyone. The best results usually come from networking—either through LinkedIn, industry forums, or conferences like SBC or SiGMA. If you’re not getting responses from sign-ups, try messaging managers directly on LinkedIn or finding their contact info on affiliate forums.

Another option is working with bigger networks that already have deals with these casinos—it can be an easier way in. Have you tried reaching out to any managers directly, or are you mostly applying through standard forms?

What a fantastic response, thank you.

I signed up with William Hill via Buffalo Partners. I am not in an excluded territory.

I did supply Bet365 with everything they needed. I'm on top of high-value SERPs for Mexican casinos and I've proven it.

I look at my junk mail every day.

I'll get in the Business Centre ASAP thanks azgold :)

Check LinkedIn and look for affiliate managers from those sites. Sending a well-written, polite message about collaboration helps. Also, networking at industry events can open direct contacts.

I don't know if this will be useful, but those casino sites usually have a live chat. Why don't you sign up on their website then contact their live chat support and ask them about this. They will likely give you the best answer to it.

It sounds like you’re doing great with your traffic, but I get how frustrating affiliate programs can be! One tip: try reaching out on LinkedIn. Many affiliate managers for these big brands have profiles there, and it's a great way to establish a more personal connection. You can also check out affiliate marketing forums like AffiliateFix or Affiliate Summit—they have plenty of experienced people who can share contacts or advice.

Another method is to attend affiliate marketing events or webinars. I know LeoVegas and William Hill attend these, and you might get a chance to meet managers face-to-face, which could open doors.

As for LATAM traffic, it’s definitely an in-demand market, so maybe look into affiliate networks like Income Access or Betsson Affiliate Program that cater to those regions. They often have better access to LATAM-friendly brands.

Hope that helps! Keep pushing, you'll get there.

Oh, familiar topic. Many big brands are slow to respond if you don’t have a direct contact. Try finding affiliate managers on LinkedIn or through Telegram groups for casino affiliates. And a little FOMO in your emails won’t hurt—hint that competitors are already working with you. Good luck!

Reaching affiliate managers of big gambling sites takes persistence. LinkedIn is a solid way to connect, but direct email outreach also works well if you can find the right contacts. Attending industry events helps a lot too since face-to-face interaction builds trust.
