Organic:
1.Social Media. Create SM pages and post everyday using #hashtags. Not necessarily your own content but also anything relevant to your niche.
2. Create unique high-quality content on a regular basis. Research what your audience needs to know or wants to hear and give them the information.
3.Never stop learning about SEO techniques. Remember the are updates often.
4.Do not underestimate posting on forums i.e. relevant to your niche forums and content discovery platforms - i.e. StumbleUpon and Aggregator Sites like Reddit
5. Guest blog
6. Make sure it is easy and users are encouraged to share.

8. Encourage commenting
9. Create video content

The best traffic generation in my opinion are social bookmarking, social media, youtube video submission, squidoo lens, forum posting, yahoo answers, and article submission.

Create quality content, updating often, & submit urls to Google & Bing WebMaster Tools. Know your competition, monitor them, provide better content than them. Monitor how you are getting traffic, & continue what works. Create social media accounts for your website, & share your updates on each. Be active, keep writing quality content, & let the world know about it.
