How to Lower the Cost of CPC on Bing Ads

Hello,

I have a Bing PPC campaign running to a pre-sell landing page which then directs them to the Clickbank offer.
So far, I am getting sales but I am breaking even or slightly on the negative side.

I have very good CTR's, the campaign has a 4.36% CTR.

My question is how do I lower the cost of CPC so that I can increase my profits.

Also the conversion rate on the VSL page is about 2.5% - 3%.

Please let me know what I can do to be profitable.. !

Doesn't the quality score depend for each keyword?
I checked the quality score for each keyword... Most keywords are around 8-10 I had one that was a 7.

Are you tracking everything so you can optimize by keywords, OS, mobile/desktop, etc?
Also, how many landing pages are you split testing?

How about the things that @servandosilva brought up? Have you or are you doing tracking, testing and optimizing?
