I'm looking for a mobile or desktop app to help organize my schedule and workload
Something that uses artificial intelligence and machine learning
So I can talk to it and get fast answers & solutions
Also want it to tell me to stop wasting time
A digital secretary - does it even exist yet?

What you are looking for is direction like a 'boss'
You don't need to waste time with some 'fixed app'

  • Use organizational skills,
  • prioritization,
  • planning
  • and mental or written daily notes on what has to be done.

Be happy if you surpass 65% of your tasks daily.
Chill and plan what can be realistically done in your time commitment.

i also checked many todo apps but all were complicated. my best advise is choose pen and a note for todo task. its so easy.
If you are wasting time in mobile phones then use focus mode on android it will close the apps automatically. you can set a timer for auto close the apps.

I know this thread is from the first of the year but I recently saw this recommendation elsewhere: Magic ToDo - GoblinTools

You enter a task and it breaks down each step for you. In this example, I just went really broad for a topic - set up my website. You check off each thing as you complete it. It's free and you can sync it, if you want to.

If you click the Break Down Item button, it goes into more detail:

You can use it for exact steps for washing your floor too, if you want. :rofl

I've only used it on my laptop and played around with it but I can see it being useful, as a checklist if nothing else. I've only played with the Magic ToDo page, haven't tried anything in the nav bar yet.
