keyword ranking difficulty

Actually, I am an SEO worker. I got a project abt digital marketing. I used the various platform to rank my keyword but still, they are not even in the 50's. what should I do now? The platform I used:

business listing

bookmarking

pdf sharing

infographics

still no success. I consider the fact of improving my on-page. Suggest something new that helps me ranking my keywords
