Review "My experience" with 7SEARCH Display ads!

Hello guys,
Hope all is well, I would like to share with you my experience with 7search display ads.

One month ago, I wanted to start with paid traffic, I read a lot of posts and blogs mentioning that 7search is great place for newbies..., I goes with it, I signed up with Voluum to track my campaigns, but I had 70% of my traffic from Bangladesh (Dhaka, Capital of Bangladesh), India, Sangapore, indonisia... knowing that I set my campaign only for United state (the offer is an email submit - USA).

I made many screenshots, from there platform mentioning my settings and all needed information then send them to support team, each time she tolds me to provide a "Data" to justify this traffic, I sent all requested information but in vain! in my last email I sent ALL Voluum reports : Dates, IPs, times, Referrer domains... all reports! and since no reponse :), I sent again an email but nothing until now, my balance is still there of course there will be any refund and the situation is blocked!

I don't know if this situation is normal or not! if someone have a similaire experience with 7search, it will be highly appriciate it if he could share it with us.

How long has it been since you contacted them? They're closed evenings and weekends. I've had it take two or three business days before hearing back from them. Didn't have the same problem as you but they did email me back to answer my questions.

Also, the American Thanksgiving was this past weekend, I think, so it would take extra time because they would have been closed for the holiday.
 
Hello same thing just happen to me also, I have been tracking with prosper202 and I sent screen shots they responded saying that they can't see what clicks are theirs. They also said that it can't be control getting clicks from other countries but they don't charge for it. But my thing is I set my campaign for the top five countries and a lot of my clicks are coming from other countries.

I think you always get some, I've gotten other countries with other ad platforms too, not just 7S. I don't know what percentage is acceptable, though.
 
Yes,I agree because I use bing and I was using google until google suspended my account. But those platform I never experienced getting more clicks from countries that I didn't ask for though.

Normaly we exchange emails on a daily basis when the issue happens, but since I provided all requested information, I didn't get any feedback, Normally in the workplace, we leave an auto response if we're in holidays...

in my situation in less than 30 min I got only 30% from USA the rest from many countires, and for this offer I used Only 7S, so what I got is 100% from them.

Wow! That's a lot from the other countries. Hopefully, you'll hear something back from them today.

By the way, their phone number and chat support is available on their website, just so you know, if you want to try another method of contact.

many thanks for your answers azgold, I hope so too, I'll wait until the end of the week than re try by phone, but according to me if by emails there is any feedback, it will be a brain teaser to convains "another" person and re provide the same data by email ... :)
My advice for newbies, please, stay away from 7S and try more trusted networks; bad traffic quality and their support sucks!

Is there a way to save any chat support messages, if you went that route?
 
I tried again all possible ways during the past 2 days, 2 other emails, Calling my "support specialist" and Live chat (never a an operator was disponible)
Again, Newbies with a tight budget, STAY AWAY FROM THIS NETWORK!

Maybe they'll get back to you after the long weekend. I had their Thanksgiving date wrong (I don't live in US), it's this weekend. I don't really know what else to suggest, sounds like you've tried everything.

What happened when you called and when you initiated a chat? Did you get a voice mail when you called? If so, did you leave a message? When you tried to chat, did it say you had to wait 30 minutes (or whatever)? I know with HostGator that happens and they do eventually come on but it takes a half hour of waiting until they finish up with other people.
 
for of all I want to thank you for the follow up and your kind words @azgold.
When I call the voice call request to enter the Ext. to have my "Specialist support" when I put it, it's rings with out a pick up. I sent and email the same things and finnaly tried the live chat I couldn't reach an operator always busy.

next week I'll call them and retry with an other guys not "my specialist support", I lost fate in this kind of services, I'm trying Social media way hopefully I'll get something.

@karim 7Search is one of the trusted and reputed. But its really very alarming what happened with you :( .
