Direct links are not new. I am sure you know adsterra. And there publisher account have a direct link that can be monetised. You simply drive traffic to it and it shows different ads depending on the geo of the user visiting the link.this is something new for me. Would you describe so i could understand if you don't mind?

As Graybeard mentioned! maybe these links are no worthy to try as the results must be same and waste of your precious money. It would be better to focus on some certain vertical and test them. Atleast you would get some results which would be more profitable then them!
