Would love to hear insights into which platforms you prefer for support.

Skype is the best way to communicate with your Affiliates .
that's what big CPA networks are using.

Skype is the best option - it has issues sometimes but its fast way of communication and most people use it. E-mails are also not a bad choice tho.

I voted for Skype, as the rest said enough. But I must say when I use affise as my tracking system they have support onsite which is also fine, after that they send you all the conversation to email which is also good. But then you have to be responsive on your site which means that you will work on another platform. Skype you already use to talk to your partners so it is easier.
