Offer from AM - Don´t know exactly how to promote

I got an email from my AM if I could promote a campaign which is converting very well at the moment. Most conversions came from contextual traffic and web traffic.
As I´m a complete newbie, whats the best strategy to take?

This traffic types are allowed/not allowed
- Incentive - no
- E-Mail - no
- Banner -yes
- Contextual -yes
- search -no
- social -yes
- mobile -yes

Do I have to choose I´m a publisher or I´m an advertiser? I´m a little bit confused. At the CPA networks I registered as an publisher, so I have to do it here also, right?
