I haven't seen him around for a few weeks but if necessary, we can try to reach him.

Edit: Just found this. If you are on TT, you can try via a comment there to connect with him, too.

Honestly, if you have to try this hard, I'd consider also applying to other networks. Maybe you don't qualify? I don't know but whether you do or not, don't count on putting all of your eggs in one basket. Most affiliates have a few (or more) different networks or programs that they work with.

Even my application is rejected. I shared my plan of promotion as I am a newbie. Got a single answer denied.

How can I get approved. I tried to reach AM on skype. But he was seen long time ago after the last response.
