Quotex affiliate Account Got suspended for no reason

Hello World. I really hope someone with the solution to my problem is here.

This is my story, I registered an affiliate account with Quotex Company at the beginning of this year January with the hope of raising some funds to survive on. I invited few friend of mine, we all created a trading account including while using my referral link. To cut the story short, I raised my affiliate account to a balance of $719 then I decided to make a withdrawal via Usdt, which I did this morning (15/02/2025). Unfortunately they suspended my account few hours after I placed my withdrawal. Does anybody have an Idea what might be wrong?

They must have provided a reason. Businesses don't suspend accounts for no reason.

Quotex is not regulated in the United States. The broker, managed by ON SPOT LLC GROUP registered in St. Kitts and Nevis, does not hold regulatory approval from U.S.

Also, your statement suggests you signed up your own account under your affiliate link and if you did that may be why you were suspended. No one permits that.

Their site has chat available as well as a phone number.

Thank you for the response. I have been trying to contact their affiliates support center via telegram to know why my account is being suspended but no response yet.

This also happened to me yesterday. I was trying to withdraw my affiliate earnings when my account was suddenly suspended. I have never created multiple accounts, nor did I allow any of my household relatives to sign up using my referral link. I was aware of the risk that Quotex might flag multiple accounts in the same household, so I only invited friends who live separately from me.

Out of frustration, I reached out to their Telegram group, only to receive a response telling me to "speak normally" before they would even engage in a conversation. Anyone would be upset in this situation—there was no email or explanation for the suspension. After all the effort put into convincing people to join, they just suspend accounts without warning? Their support team has been extremely rude and unprofessional, and I have yet to receive any response from them.

Have you received any updates on your case?

No response yet via email and telegram, I hope I sent my complains to their right contacts. How did you communicate with em please?

Actually I won't lie, I created a personal trading account with my referral but I never thought it should be that complicated

Oh, I see. Sorry to hear that. That could be one reason Quotex is taking action against your account since creating multiple accounts under your own affiliate link is generally not allowed by brokers. Most platforms have strict policies against that.

I also reached out to them on Telegram via @quotex_partner. I still hope everything gets sorted out in our case.

Finger crossed. It will be sorted

This is why, were you able to withdraw money FROM your trading account?

That sort of "attitude" tells me there are more problems at Quotex that just customer support on telegram.

The broker, managed by ON SPOT LLC GROUP registered in St. Kitts and Nevis, does not hold regulatory approval from U.S.
"Quotex is a trademark of Awesomo Ltd, a Seychelles-based company regulated by the International Financial Markets Regulatory Center (IFMRRC). The company was certified as a licensed broker in November 2020. Brokerage firms are working to combine powerful tools with simple digital options products."
Quotex broker review (2025) ++ Scam or not? | Real test
Search 'quotex' at IFMRRC -> that is fake too

It's probably just an affiliate review site and is all bullshit. It appears to be from 2021.

The WIPO Global "Brand" (Trademark) find to Quotex tradmark, nor does USPTO-Madrid or the EU Trademark database.

Good luck to the winners.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with Quotex. It could be that your withdrawal triggered a compliance check or flagged some account activity as suspicious. Have you verified that your account and referral activity fully comply with their terms? Sometimes reaching out via multiple channels—such as their live chat (if available), Twitter, or even a different Telegram group—can yield a response. Have others experienced similar issues, and how did you successfully contact their support?

They have responded, they said i created a personal trading account with my referral link.

I completely agree. Their customer support lacks professionalism and often comes across as rude and dismissive. It’s concerning how they seem to act with a sense of entitlement simply because they already have users’ funds. A support team should be patient and respectful when addressing customer concerns, especially in situations where accounts are suddenly suspended without clear justification.

It’s understandable why users would feel frustrated and upset, particularly when they have carefully adhered to the platform’s terms and conditions. What’s even more alarming is that these account suspensions appear to happen right when users attempt to withdraw their first commission. This kind of practice raises serious concerns about the platform’s transparency and reliability.
