Yes he did....he used the contact form on the site. That's why it was so difficult to come to this decision, I never had any plans to sell.

Well he does seem very interested in buying it and plus, he has agreed to honour to the terms of the sale that I've laid out for him. I'll be on my guard if its a scam. Escrow is certainly a good way to ensure that the transaction runs smoothly.

Go for the sale. Why not? It is much easier to start a new one and take it to PR5 with minimul spending.
