I think i got a negative penalty as well - from 44 position to 200 plus - i think i did keyword stuffing in my blog post for 1 week & G's bot visited during that time & that was the end of it! My blog was last visited March 10th & then no further visits acc. to webmaster tools! so there you go! Seo newbie mistake.......:search:
